Introduction to the Enneagram

A practical workshop for self-understanding

The Enneagram is a clear and grounded way of looking at personality.
It names nine different patterns of seeing, thinking, feeling and relating.

The word Enneagram comes from the Greek ennea (nine) and gramma (model or figure).
Its nine-pointed diagram shows how the different personality types connect with one another.
Each type is like a distinct lens through which we experience the world and relate to others.

How can the Enneagram help you?

The Enneagram brings together ancient wisdom and modern psychology to offer insight into:

  • why you react the way you do

  • recurring patterns in your relationships

  • your strengths, blind spots and stress points

  • pathways for personal and spiritual growth

In this introductory workshop you will:

  • identify your Enneagram personality style

  • explore how it shapes your feelings, thoughts and behaviour

  • notice patterns that keep you stuck

  • discover practical ways to grow in freedom and compassion

This is an accessible, entry-level program. No prior knowledge is needed.

Fullness of Life (Inc.) workshops can be adapted for individuals, groups and organisations.

This workshop (eight, two-hour sessions) is available to groups and organisations on request.
