Management of Personal Information
All personal information, including contact details and progressive notes of sessions, will remain confidential and is secured between sessions. It will not be released to any other party without the client’s written consent. The exception to this policy applies in the following circumstances:
- A court subpoenas for the information.
- There is a powerful reason to believe the client will physically harm himself/herself or some other person.
