Who we are

Celia Joyce MPS

Celia is a spiritual director, counsellor and professional supervisor. She is passionately committed to the psycho-spiritual development of people.

Celia’s insightful approach and accepting nature helps people feel at ease and able to speak honestly about their emotions, no matter how strong.

What I offer
Celia assists people to address a broad range of issues, including dream work, sexual abuse, bereavement, and loss.

Celia also provides professional development seminars and personal growth workshops, including the Enneagram and dream work.

Qualifications and formation

  • Formation as a spiritual director at the Institute of Spiritual Leadership (Chicago)

  • Master’s Degree in Pastoral Studies, majoring in Spirituality, Loyola University (Chicago)

  • Groupwork Leadership and Supervision, Wasley Institute (Perth)

  • Clinical Pastoral Education, Royal Perth Hospital and Royal North Shore Hospital (Sydney)

Experience
Celia has over 30 years of experience as a healthcare professional in a variety of areas, including midwifery.

Stephen Truscott SM PhD

Stephen’s gentle nature and open non-judgemental approach will help you make sense of your experience.

What I offer
Stephen, a Marist priest, is committed to the psycho-spiritual growth of people. He assists individuals, groups, and organisations through counselling, spiritual direction, professional supervision, retreats, organisational reviews, and vocational assessment for priesthood and religious life.

Stephen Truscott provides professional development seminars and personal growth workshops, including the Myers-Briggs, the Enneagram, dream work, organisational spirituality, and Open Space Technology.

Judy Van Rossum

Judy is an experienced professional supervisor and spiritual director. She is passionate about supporting people in caring roles and those who want to deepen their relationship with the Divine.

What I offer
In professional supervision, Judy draws on her extensive pastoral experience to support those involved in pastoral care, including chaplains, clergy, and pastoral practitioners.

In spiritual direction, Judy journeys sensitively with people who want to deepen their spirituality.

Judy is available to offer spiritual direction, professional supervision, retreats, and workshops.

Background and experience
Judy is an Anglican priest in the Perth Diocese. She has served in parish ministry, school chaplaincy, and as a FIFO chaplain in the mining industry.

Qualifications and training

  • Qualified as a spiritual director at Dayspring (Perth)

  • Trained in professional supervision at SupervisionWA.

The Centre draws its inspiration from John 10:10 – “I have come so that you may have life and have it to the full.”

You can make an appointment with either Celia, Stephen, or Judy.

You can meet either in-person at their offices in Perth or through a secure digital communication platform using secure video conferencing.
